Mumbai, February 27, 2025 – Vishakha Mulye, named ET Businesswoman of the Year, spoke about how women must overcome guilt about juggling their personal and professional responsibilities. As CEO of ABCL, Mulye shared her insights into leadership and the importance of self-confidence. She believes women should not feel guilty for missing special family moments due to work and should instead focus on their capacity to excel in both areas.

Mulye, who has been at the helm of ABCL since 2022, is credited with significantly growing the company.
